Business Leaders of UConn (BLU) is now accepting applications for our 2026 Executive Board.
We are a student-run organization dedicated to empowering underrepresented students by helping them secure internships, full-time and post-graduate opportunities, expand their professional networks, and develop the skills necessary for long-term career success. Our mission is centered around access, opportunity, and leadership development.

Open to all majors and all class years. Whether you are just beginning your college journey or preparing for graduation, we welcome students who are passionate about leadership, equity in professional spaces, and creating meaningful opportunities for others.
As a member of the Executive Board, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, building corporate partnerships, strengthening recruitment efforts, expanding campus engagement, and directly impacting students seeking internships, jobs, and professional growth.
