UConn WBB Pre-Game Reception: Celebrating Black History Month 🏀
Join us for a special Pre-Game Reception in celebration of Black History Month before the UConn Huskies take on Creighton. This event is hosted in collaboration with the African American Alumni Council and the H. Fred Simons African American Cultural Center, bringing together alumni, students, and community members for an evening of connection and celebration.
The reception fee is $30 and includes an appetizer buffet, soft drinks, and your first beer or wine. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. Guests will also enjoy a dessert spread featuring baked goods from Brown Butter Creations in Glastonbury, CT.
While at the Alumni Center, attendees are invited to explore the J. Robert Donnelly Husky Heritage Sports Museum, which showcases UConn’s rich athletic legacy, including championship trophies and historic memorabilia.
