Dear Registered Student Organizations (RSOs),
Welcome back to the Spring Semester!
We recently opened the reservation process for academic classroom reservations. We were excited to see that so many Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) took advantage of this process.
As a result, due to the significantly high volume of academic classroom reservation requests that we have received, we will need to pause the reservation process for academic classrooms beginning at 12 PM on Friday, February 6, 2026 so that we can process all the ones we have received so far. We will reopen the process and RSOs will again be able to make academic classroom requests starting at 12 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
