The UConn-URI Navy STEM Coalition hosts a seminar course as part of our academic-year programming for undergraduate students. Our coalition hosts this weekly seminar series to allow industry stakeholders to speak directly to students about career opportunities in the Maritime Industrial Base. The aim is to introduce students to a variety of U.S. Navy technology areas, foster connections with regional Navy stakeholders, and raise awareness of Navy-related career or education opportunities for students.
Credits earned in this course may be applied to the academic program, "Concentration in Naval Science and Engineering.” For details, see: https://navy-stem.uconn.edu/.
