The Diversity, Identity, and Belonging in Society (DIBS) Lab, a social psychology lab led by Dr. Alexandra Garr-Schultz, is excited to invite undergraduates to apply for research assistant positions for the Spring 2026 semester. We offer a fantastic opportunity to get involved in several innovative qualitative coding projects exploring topics such as the impact of DEI policies on students, empowering marginalized identities, and understanding the experiences of individuals with stigmatized identities.
For the spring semester, we are seeking enthusiastic students to assist with a semester-long study that requires in-person availability. Additionally, research assistants will have opportunities to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, build research skills, and present posters. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training on all tasks. We also offer course credit for research assistants’ participation.
This experience is invaluable for students considering graduate school or careers in psychology. Don’t miss out on this chance to be part of meaningful research—apply today by filling out this link:
