Winter break permits are currently available on the parking portal to ALL students who DO NOT currently have a permit. They are valid in ANY STUDENT LOT from December 15, 2025 to January 19, 2026.
All parking rules and regulations are still in effect and being enforced during the winter break.
All student permits are valid in ANY STUDENT LOT during the break. Student permits DO NOT allow parking in the North or South Garage in Storrs (except North and South Garage permits) or in any space designated as Area 1, 2 or 3.
Please consult the appropriate map to identify student parking areas for the campus you will be going to.
Payment is required in the North and South Garages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during winter break.
