Compensation: Room & board + stipend
• New HCs: $5,460 (before taxes)
• Returning HCs: $5,760 (before taxes)
Program Overview:
UConn Pre-College Summer (PCS) provides rising high school students with a safe, supportive, and immersive introduction to college life, academics, and campus experiences at a nationally ranked public university.
Position Summary:
Hall Coordinators (HCs) are full-time, live-in staff responsible for participant safety, supervision of Summer Residential Mentors/Assistants, and coordination of a positive residential, academic, and social environment. This role requires strong leadership, crisis response skills, and the ability to support both participants and staff throughout this high-energy, residential summer program.
