Wreaths Across America - Ceremony and Wreath Laying

New Storrs Cemetery
On December 15th at 11:00AM, the UConn Veterans and Military Programs team will hold a ceremony at the New Storrs Cemetery to Remember and Honor our Veterans. Afterwards, we will be laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by volunteering to lay wreaths and inviting your friends and family to attend with you.
UConn offices had the opportunity to compete on sponsoring the most wreaths. This year's winner for most wreaths sponsored is...NURSING OUR VETERANS from the Elisabeth DeLuca School of Nursing! Congratulations on being our first ever Wreaths Across America competition winner. We would also like to thank the UConn Health IT Department's Ctrl Alt Salute for their vast contributions in the Wreaths Across America campaign. We couldn't have reached the almost 300 wreaths sponsored without these teams and the support of all of this year's contributors.
