  • Empower Teens and Lead Environmental Change

    The Natural Resources Conservation Academy (NRCA) is accepting applications for Difference Maker Mentors (DMMs)—UConn undergraduates who serve as leaders for the Conservation Ambassador Program (CAP) and as near-peer mentors to high school teens as they complete a community environmental action project. 

     

    We are seeking students from all majors and backgrounds who are passionate about mentoring youth, collaborating on community-based environmental projects, and promoting culturally sustaining, inclusive, and equitable practices. 

     

    Details: 4 positions; spring semester training and 10-month (June 2026–Apr 2027) paid period
