Innovations Institute at the UConn School of Social Work is seeking an exceptional early-career researcher for the Sheila A. Pires Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Child, Youth & Family Behavioral Health Policy.
This is a unique opportunity to advance systems change in children’s behavioral health through applied research, policy analysis, and cross-system collaboration. The selected Fellow will:
✅ Conduct high-impact research on behavioral health systems, financing, and workforce reform
✅ Partner with public agencies, community organizations, and national thought leaders
✅ Receive mentorship from national experts in policy, implementation science, and systems transformation
📅 Expected start date Spring/Summer 2026
📍 Position is fully remote with expected travel to Hartford, CT, at least twice annually.
