    🌍 Shape the Future of Youth & Family Behavioral Health!

     Innovations Institute at the UConn School of Social Work is seeking an exceptional early-career researcher for the Sheila A. Pires Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Child, Youth & Family Behavioral Health Policy.

     This is a unique opportunity to advance systems change in children’s behavioral health through applied research, policy analysis, and cross-system collaboration. The selected Fellow will:
    Conduct high-impact research on behavioral health systems, financing, and workforce reform
    Partner with public agencies, community organizations, and national thought leaders
    Receive mentorship from national experts in policy, implementation science, and systems transformation

     📅 Expected start date Spring/Summer 2026

    📍 Position is fully remote with expected travel to Hartford, CT, at least twice annually.
