Calling all LGBTQ+ writers on campus! The Writing Center is holding a Queer Writing Night at the Storrs Writing Center on Thursday, November 13th, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Writers can freewrite or bring in prewritten poetry, short fiction, or creative nonfiction pieces. A prompt will be provided, but we encourage everyone to write in the direction they feel inspired by. There will also be Writing Center tutors available to have pieces workshopped.
The Writing Center is located on the 2nd Floor of Homer Babbidge Library. No appointments are necessary to attend this event.
