  • Brew the Next UConn Collaboration Beer

    Students are invited to apply to the UConn Brewing Innovation’s Brew Crew for Spring 2026 to help launch the next UConn collaboration beer with a local Connecticut brewery. 

    Program Requirements: 

    • Current UConn student (open to all schools/colleges/campuses) 
    • 21 years of age or older by January 19 2026 

     

    Program Benefits: 

    • Earn course credit 
    • Overview of the brewing industry and an understanding of the business of brewed beverages 
    • Hands on experience brewing beer with brew masters 
    • Opportunity to design and formulate the new collaboration beer alongside the UConn Brewing Innovation team  
    • Networking with craft brewing professionals 
    • Beer tasting and sensory experiences
