Looking for some free, fall fun? Head to Downtown Storrs this Saturday for the Mansfield Downtown Partnership’s 22nd Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival!
Enjoy a day full of music, food, and fun as we celebrate the people, businesses, and community organizations that make Mansfield a special place. The Festival will take place from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 27 in Downtown Storrs. This event is free and open to everyone!
Enjoy hands-on fun for all ages at activity booths hosted by Mansfield businesses and UConn departments and programs, support local makers in our juried craft show, and indulge in tasty treats from our food booths!
There will be live entertainment throughout the afternoon on three stages. You won’t want to miss cooking demos by chefs from UConn Dining (2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Dog Lane) or Prehistoric Mansfield, a Community Puppet Pageant with the Ballard Institute & Museum of Puppetry (2:30 PM on Betsy Paterson Square)!
At 6:00 PM, we invite everyone to pick up some dinner at one of our food booths or your favorite Downtown Storrs restaurant head to Betsy Paterson Square for our closing concert by All Night Boogie Band!
All Night Boogie Band is an award-winning blues and rock band hailing from Vermont - and featuring a member of the UConn Class of 2022! They will perform from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
