Generations Connect is a volunteer program where a group of dedicated students travel once a week (transportation provided) to the Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Participants can pick which day works best for them between Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 2-4 PM.
At the nursing home, volunteers will engage with the residents in recreational activities such as card games, trivia, arts and crafts, Bingo, and various other fun group activities. Our goal is to provide companionship, develop meaningful relationships, and improve the quality of life for the older adult population of Mansfield.
