School, Program, and Course Information

  • Monday is the Last Day to Withdraw from a Course

One Stop Student Services would like to remind you of a very important deadline.

Monday, April 14, 2025 is the last date that you can do two things:

    1. Request to Withdraw from a Course

    • A student must obtain their advisor’s approval to drop one course. To drop more than one course, a student must obtain both their advisor’s and advising dean’s approval.

    • Withdrawing from a course results in a “W” grade on your transcript. A “W” does not impact your GPA but it is listed on your transcript.

    1. Request that a course be placed on or removed from Pass/Fail grading

    • A student must obtain their advisor’s approval to place a course on pass/fail. There is no approval needed to remove a class from pass/fail grading. Information on eligibility for pass/fail and limitations based on your school/college can be found here: https://catalog.uconn.edu/undergraduate/academic-regulations/.

These requests can be made by completing the Student Enrollment Request Form online. The form is available here: http://registrar.uconn.edu/forms/. Forms will be automatically routed to the necessary approvers before being submitted to the One Stop for processing. It is recommended that you discuss these decisions with your assigned academic advisor before submitting the forms. All requests must be submitted using the Student Enrollment Request Form no later than 11:45 p.m. on Monday, April 14th.
