  • 4/3 Flow & Grow, A Yoga & Reflection Practice

    Looking for a great yoga class with a little something extra? Check out Flow & Grow, A Yoga and Reflection Practice, being offered weekly on Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:15pm in Arjona, Room 401. This 75-minute practice consists of 55 minutes of yoga & breath work followed by an optional 20 minute opportunity for reflection and sharing where participants may discuss a timely topic, share a joy or struglle, or may simply let the group know how you are doing. Again, the meeting portion is optional with participants given a chance to exit class after the yoga portion is completed. Flow & Grow is offered by Student Health & Wellness and pre-registration is not required.
