Calling all LGBTQ+ writers on campus! The Writing Center has partnered with the Rainbow Center to hold a Queer Writing Night. The event will take place at the Writing Center on Thursday, March 27, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Writers can bring in prewritten poetry, short fiction, or creative nonfiction pieces or free write new pieces. A prompt will be provided, but we encourage everyone to write in the direction they feel inspired by. There will also be Writing Center tutors available to have pieces workshopped. Dunkin' will be provided.
The Writing Center is located on the 2nd Floor of Homer Babbidge Library. No appointments are necessary to attend this event.
