      • Description: Rustic Pathways is delighted to announce an annual The Global Perspectives Scholarship opportunity aimed at developing globally minded self-aware students to identify their interests and passions, gain confidence, grow as individuals, and create positive impact at a local and global level. The $1000 scholarship will aid recipients with tuition, fees, and other educational expenses. To be eligible students must submit a <500-word essay on provided questions as well as follow all other qualifications.

        • Students must follow the instructions and agree to Rustic Pathways’ Scholarship agreement

      • Description: The PWC-CT Chapter is pleased to announce 20 scholarships in the amount of $3000 each will be awarded to any student (male or female) enrolled in a study leading to an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in construction, construction management, interior design, or civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering

        • Enrolled or entering two-year or four-year college undergraduate program or graduate program to study a construction-related discipline (for example, construction management, architecture, civil, mechanical, structural, or electrical engineering, interior design, or landscape design).

    • SBM Charitable Foundation Scholarship

      • Description: Applications for college scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year are available from the SBM Charitable Foundation, Inc.  The Foundation annually awards scholarships in amounts up to $5000 per year to help fund undergraduate study at institutions of higher learning in Connecticut.  In July of 2024, $225,000 in scholarship assistance was awarded by the Foundation.
      • Qualifications: Eligibility requirements include residency in Hartford, Tolland, or Windham Counties; high school students must be in the top 40 percent of their class; college students must maintain a 2.5 GPA or better and exhibit an exceptional commitment to school and community activities.  Applicants must be a U. S. citizen and plan to attend a College or University in Connecticut.  Full time enrollment is required.  Scholarships are renewable for students who maintain academic and other eligibility requirements in college.

      • Description: Bridges’ Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to announce The Barry Kasdan Scholarship for the Pursuit of a Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Human Services and The Stella Cretella Scholarship for those in pursuit of higher education through graduate or undergraduate degrees focusing on advocacy and policy reform in mental health services.   These scholarships were established by Bridges’ Board of Directors, the Board Endowment Fund Committee, and the Board Scholarship Committee in honor of Barry Kasdan’s 30+ years of leadership and service to Bridges Healthcare, Inc. and in memory of Stella Cretella’s 40+ years in advocating for mental illness health reform in Connecticut and her 10+ years serving on the Board of Directors at Bridges Healthcare, Inc.

        • Must be a Bridges employee, or spouse, child or grandchild of a Bridges employee, or a resident of Ansonia, Bethany, Derby, Milford, Orange, Seymour, Shelton, Stratford, West Haven, or Woodbridge Connecticut.
        • Must be pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Human Services; or must be pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Mental Health Advocacy / Public Policy; and
        • For High School applicants, they must be completing high school or have GED equivalent in the year the scholarship is awarded.
    • UNICO National Foundation

      • Description: UNICO National Foundation is pleased to offer the UNICO Scholarship Program. UNICO Foundation, Inc. will grant four $6,000 scholarships to high school seniors who will be attending, full time, an accredited campus-based college/university program in the United States, each at $1,500 per school year, up to a maximum of 4 years.
      • Qualifications:
        • Applicants must reside in or have a UNICO Chapter/District sponsor from one of the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Exception: The Maria and Paolo Alessio Southern Italy Scholarship is open to applicants from all 50 states.
        • These scholarships are for applicants that will continue studies within the academic year 2025-2026.
        • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
        • Online degree programs are not eligible for UNICO scholarships.
        • Applicants do not need to be members of UNICO to apply. However, UNICANS and their family members may be sponsored through their respective Chapters.
        • If you were a recipient in 2024-2025, you may not apply for any other UNICO Foundation Scholarships while your award is still active.
        • A candidate MUST initiate only one application for each appropriate scholarship. Duplicate entries will be excluded from consideration. An application may be edited, as often as necessary, prior to submission.

      • Description: The Association of Firearm and Tool Mark Examiners (AFTE) is pleased to announce its annual scholarship. Students enrolled in a natural, physical, or biological science degree program at an accredited university with the objective of a forensic science career, can apply to receive a one-time scholarship award of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). The application process is not difficult but does require an official transcript and three letters of recommendation.
      • Qualifications:
        • Applicants must be entering their third year or higher of a bachelor’s degree or enrolled in any year of an advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD or comparable) program for the academic school year beginning on or about the following September. Proof of enrollment status may be required.
        • The applicant must be enrolled as a half-time student or greater with the intent of seeking a career in Forensic Science and majoring in a natural, physical, or biological science.
        • Minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
