This 9-week program will help students to develop knowledge and skills about hydroponics and food insecurity. Over the course of the program, they will learn about the perils of food insecurity, the evolution of food production, nutrition, cooking, the science of hydroponics, and entrepreneurial hydroponics. They will grow their own food using a hydroponic garden, which they will take home upon successful completion of the program.
