  • Join the Brew Crew Spring 2025

    Students are invited to apply to the UConn Brewing Innovation’s Brew Crew for Spring 2025 to help launch the next UConn collaboration beer with a local Connecticut brewery.  

    Brew Crew is a new experiential learning opportunity for students to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to learn more about the craft brewing industry, engage with craft brewing experts and professionals, and brew collaboration beer with the UConn Brewing Innovation initiative in partnership with local breweries. 

    Program Requirements: 

    • Current UConn student (open to all schools/colleges/campuses) 

    • 21 years of age or older by January 21st, 2025 

     

    Program Benefits: 

    • Earn course credit 

    • Overview of the brewing industry and an understanding of the business of brewed beverages 

    • Hands on experience brewing beer with brew masters 

    • Opportunity to design and formulate the new collaboration beer alongside the UConn Brewing Innovation team  

    • Networking with craft brewing professionals 

    • Beer tasting and sensory experiences 

    • A free ticket to the launch event
