  • Participants needed for a Strawberry Sensory Panel

    Do you like strawberries? 

    We are a research group conducting a sensory panel regarding the use of alginate extract as way to prolong the shelf-life of strawberries. This sensory panel consists of volunteers using their sight, smell, and touch to identify differences in a set of strawberries.

    Participants will recieve free strawberries!!
