The event will run from 8:30 am – 3:45 pm and will feature a variety of speakers and panelists. We look forward to welcoming representatives from Maine's Department of Corrections as well as organizers of Minnesota's TREC program (Transformation and Reentry through Education and Community), a model Second Chance Pell initiative. This opportunity is part of a 4-day series the Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division (CJPPD) of Connecticut’s Office of Policy and Management is planning across the state. Additional events will take place in Storrs (Monday, 10/21), New Haven (Wednesday, 10/23), and Bridgeport (Thursday, 10/24) and will feature presentations, panel discussions, and strategic working sessions.
