Want to help foster the humanities on UConn's campus? Want to have a say in undergraduate events and opportunities at the UConn Humanities Institute? Join the 2024–25 Humanities Institute Undergraduate Advisory Council! We meet three times a semester over pizza and snacks to discuss programming and advise the Humanities Institute team on all things undergraduate.
The council also:
- invite a speaker (or panel of speakers) to campus on the topic of their choice.
- get special access to Humanities Institute events, our affiliated faculty, and informal mentorship.
- Connect with peers who are just as excited to support undergraduate humanities programming at UConn as you are.
Interested? Come to our first meeting of the year, Wednesday, September 25 at 5:30pm in the Humanities Institute conference room, on the fourth floor of Homer Babbidge Library.
