Gilbert Road and Whitney Road Extension will be closed to thru traffic starting at 8:30 pm on September 18th. This closure is to allow for the painting of the crosswalk at this location. The work is expected to take up to 10 hours. It is expected that the road will be back open to traffic on Thursday morning. Vehicular traffic should use Bolton Road or Mansfield Road as a detour. Pedestrian traffic should abide by flaggers and signage to avoid wet paint. The rain date for this work is Thursday 9/19.
