We want to be the motivation U need to improve your health behaviors!
We are looking for UConn students who want to improve their health behaviors to participate in the Mindful U program – a low-commitment, primarily online study which aims to improve participants' overall health behaviors with the use of mindfulness practices, positive encouragement, and social support to create sustainable behavior change!
If interested, you will first take our online survey to determine eligibility. The online survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and asks about your current health behaviors (eating habits, physical activity, sleep, stress), and non-identifiable information (age, gender, ethnicity, student/alumna status). The survey is completely voluntary and confidential. Compensation in the form of a small gift (valued at less than $5) will be provided to those who fully complete the survey.
Participants who complete the full study will receive monetary compensation.
