    Looking for a way to relax this semester? Join UConn Yoga Club!

    Our weekly sessions consist of Hatha Yoga, deep relaxaton, and meditation. Our instructor teaches the philosophy of yoga and provides valuable life-long lessons about how to maintain stillness and peace in your life. Every student in college can benefit from taking a moment each week to de-stress and focus on the inner you.

    The sessions take place on Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:30PM at the Storrs Friends Meeting House on 57 Hunting Lodge Road (on the corner of Hunting Lodge Rd. and N. Eagleville Road). It is a very short walk off campus and about 100 yards from the Lower F-Lot stop on the Green Line. There is also room to park if you choose to drive. 

    Our sessions are suited for any level and no yoga experience required! Please arrive at least 10 minutes early as class begins promptly at 6PM.

    Bring a yoga mat or a large towel.
