  • RAs needed for a Social Psych Lab

The Diversity, Identity, and Belonging in Society (DIBS) Lab, led by Dr. Alexandra Garr-Scultz, is excited to invite undergraduates to apply for research assistant positions for the Fall 2024 semester. We have a fantastic opportunity to get involved in several innovative qualitative coding projects exploring topics such as the impact of DEI policies on students, intraminority relations, and empowering marginalized identities. Qualitative coding is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule, who are detail-oriented, and who can work independently. Additionally, we need enthusiastic students to assist with a unique eye-tracking study, which requires in-person availability and is perfect for those interested in cognition and perceptual vision. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training on all tasks! We also offer our research assistants class credit for their participation. This experience is invaluable for those considering graduate school or careers in psychology.
