Conversations about career choices take place throughout one’s life. The self-paced online training, “Inclusive Career Conversations”,aims to emphasize the importance of having productive and supportive career conversations. It is designed to increase awareness, in our UConn community,about strategies to guide effectivecasual and plannedcareer conversations.
This self-paced online training consists of five modules, and each takes less than 10 minutes to complete:

Increase your awareness about what characterizes healthy and unhealthy career conversations, both as the contributor to, and recipient of, career advice.

On the “Institution Page”, scroll down and find the section “Self-enroll Courses and
Organizations for Students” or “Self-enroll Courses and Organizations for Faculty and Staff”, depending on your primary role
Click the link for the Inclusive Career Conversations that aligns with your primary role (Student version or Faculty and Staff version)
You will be directed to the enrollment page, then click “Submit”
On the next page click “OK”
You are now enrolled and can find the modules under “Courses” on the left side of the navigation pane
