The research is Secondary Traumatic Stress in Labor and Delivery Nurses During Neonatal Resuscitation.
We are seeking research participants across the United States who are interested in sharing their experiences in neonatal resuscitation. This study aims to collect anonymously submitted responses from Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses (RNs) to understand the secondary traumatic stress that Labor and Delivery RNs face during neonatal resuscitation. Participation in this research involves completing an anonymous survey which is expected to take around 15 minutes or more depending on how much you choose to share.
Eligibility:
➢ Registered Nurses in the United States
➢ Currently or Previously Employed as a Labor and Delivery Nurse
➢ Experience with Neonatal Resuscitation

The direction of this study is under the guidance of Dr. Carrie Morgan Eaton, an Associate Clinical professor at UConn School of Nursing, serving as the Principal Investigator and Faculty Advisor.
The study’s supervision is managed by Meijin Hsiao, a Student Investigator pursuing a major in Nursing and a minor in Molecular Cell Biology at the University of Connecticut.
