UConn Psi Chi is hosting a virtual clinical career panel from 7-8:30 TONIGHT, Monday, February 26th. We have a prepared Q and A portion and we will also have a portion at the end allowing students to ask questions. The purpose of this event is for UConn students interested in mental health-related careers to learn more about different options they can take and what is available to them. All of the professionals we will be hearing from do clinical work in some way that involves therapy and counseling.
Please note that you do not have to be a Psi Chi member to join this meeting - we are opening it up to everyone at UConn who is interested. Please keep in mind that we are planning on recording the meeting. You are also welcome to stay as long as you want/are able to!
We will be hearing from:
- A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- A Clinical Psychologist (PhD)
- A Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
- A School Psychologist (PhD)
