Interested in working with kids? The Windham Heights After School Program allows UConn students to serve as mentors for children in K-5 living in Willimantic CT. This program, run through the Community Oureach office, aims to help students complete their homework and create healthy relationships with their potential mentors.
The program runs Monday-Thursday from 3:30-6:00 pm. Volunteers will only go in one day a week. We work with your schedule to pick a day that bests works for you. Right now we are really looking for volunteers for Thursday however anyone is welcome to apply. Transportation is provided. If you are interested please take about 15 minutes to fill out this interest form!!
