SUBOG Comedy presents a improv showcase with two industry professionals, Adam Cawley and Rob Norman. The hilarious and entertaining performance will be TONIGHT in the Student Union theater from 7p-9p. Tickets are FREE for undergraduate students only.
Meet your performers:
Adam Cawley:
Adam Cawley is an alumnus of world famous Second City Mainstage and Just for Laughs in Montreal. He is also a three-time Comedy Award Winner including Best Improviser in the country. Recent TV Credits include: Ghosts (CBS), Baroness Von Sketch Show (IFC), Workin' Moms (Netflix). His improv tutorial podcast The Backline won the National Podcast Award for Best Educational Series and allows him to tour the world performing comedy. Currently Adam performs sketch comedy for The NFL on FOX! and at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
Rob Norman
Rob Norman is a producer at CBC Original Podcasts who has created such critically-acclaimed hits as PERSONAL BEST and LIMITED CAPACITY. He's the author of Improvising Now, as well as an instructor and director at the Second City Toronto. In addition to producing The Backline weekly podcast, Rob is a Canadian Screen Award winner for his performance on CityTV’s Sunnyside.
