Are you feeling stressed? Interested and curious about yoga? Participants needed for a new research study! Earn up to $75, a yoga mat, and recieve a free yoga intervention for 8 weeks!
StressLess Yoga Study ( IRB:#H23-0617) will evaluate the benefits and feasibility of online yoga for stress and emotional well-being.
Contact us if you are:
At least 18 years of age
Feeling stressed
Willing to participate in 8 weeks of online asynchronous yoga classes and 2 in-person assessments on UConn Storrs campus (pre- and post) for approximately 2 months of involvement overall)
Not currently practicing yoga or meditation
As compensation for your time, all participants will receive $20 following baseline and $30 for an eight-week follow up assessment, with an additional $25 bonus for those who complete six out of eight sessions (possible total of $75). You will also receive a free yoga intervention and a yoga mat.
