  • CMHS Workshop Series

    The CMHS Workshop Series is designed to help students manage the everyday challenges of college life. Workshops are engaging, interactive and typically involve self-assessment and skill development. Topics include:

    • Friend Request: How to Make and Maintain Positive Connections in College
    • Stress Management: Making Stress Your Friend
    • Perfectionists and Procrastinators United
    • Online, Off-Campus: When Logging in Leaves You Out
    • Yoga Based Stress Reduction

    The CMHS Workshop Series will begin offering sessions the week of 9/15/14, and will continue periodically throughout the fall semester.  All workshops are free of charge!  Space is limited, so please call CMHS at 860-486-4705 to register
