Step-by-step instructions to access Form 1098-T can be found here.

To find your NetID or to reset your NetID password visit the NetID website or call the Technology Support Center at 860-486-4357.

If you revoked your consent to receive Form 1098-T electronically, a paper form will be mailed to you, postmarked on or before January 31, 2024.

If you did not receive a Form 1098-T, you may not have been eligible for one.  Please refer to Tax Form 1098-T and 1098-T Frequently Asked Questions on the Office of the Bursar website for detailed information regarding this form.
