Beyond the PhD is excited to welcome Tatyana Gao who is hosting a free virtual workshop on how to “Beat Imposter Syndrome.” Tatyana is a Motivational Speaker, Executive Leadership and Confidence Coach, Author of Conscious Leadership Method, and Creator of Monada Coaching. She has spoken for top universities and colleges, like Harvard University and Dartmouth College, and various companies and organizations. Tatyana helps professionals, business owners, leaders, and experts, who struggle with self-confidence, anxiety, imposter syndrome, lack clarity and direction or starting on a new path in their life to build confidence, break limiting beliefs, discover higher purpose and realize their potential in personal and professional life. She offers individual coaching in the areas of self-confidence, relationships, career, well-being, projects, and business.

According to statistics, about 82% of people worldwide are affected by imposter syndrome. More and more professionals, scientists, researchers, PIs, directors and managers suffer from it which leads to higher levels of mental health issues, overworking, depression, burnout and lower productivity across laboratories, colleges, universities, and organizations. This workshop offers case studies, tools, and techniques to help you beat imposter syndrome, build resilience and confidence for your business, career, and personal life. The workshop will take place next Thursday, January 18th at 3:30PM ET. Registration for the event is free and is open to anybody interested.
