    SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 

     

    First Generation Law Student Scholarship

    • Deadline: December 15, 2023 

    • Description:  InjuredCT, a division of Aeton Law Partners, is solely dedicated to supporting those who need legal assistance & compensation for injuries. A large part of our work involves helping the local and national law community combat the obstacles that might otherwise delay its growth. This is what inspired us to create the InjuredCT First Generation Law Student Scholarship. Our goal is simple: we want to make new scholarships available to students in pursuit of their secondary education. The scholarship will grant $2,500 to one talented, hard-working student to help them reach their dreams. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Must be enrolled at or accepted by a law school 

    • Must be at least 18 years old at the age of enrollment 

    • Must have residency in the United States 

    • Must be in good academic standing 

    • Must submit some personal information, including name, contact information, and proof of enrollment 

    • Must author an original essay on the scholarship essay topic provided 

     

    Orchard's Scholarship for Women of Color in STEM

    • Deadline: December 31, 2023 

    • Description:  This scholarship is available to women of color who are currently pursuing an undergraduate STEM degree. We will award three scholarships in the Spring of 2024. The scholarships will be in the following amounts: $2,500, $1,000, and $500 

    Qualifications:  

    • Full-time enrolled college student 

    • Declared major or degree in STEM 

    • GPA of at least 3.0 

    • Must provide a transcript 

     

     

     

    "A Second Chance: How My Accident Changed My Goals for the Future" Scholarship

    • Deadline: December 15, 2023 

    • Description: Traumatic car accidents can leave survivors with life-long disabilities and fears. These accidents can also prove incredibly economically difficult to recover from. Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC recognizes the fortitude it takes to overcome the circumstances that a traumatic car accident thrusts upon a person and wants to make life easier for an impacted student.  As such, the firm proudly introduces its “A Second Chance: How My Accident Changed My Goals for the Future” Scholarship. This scholarship offers $2,500 to a student who can write between 500 and 1,000 words describing the way their traumatic car crash changed their life. 

    Qualifications:  

    • You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher 

    • You are enrolled in or accepted at an accredited college, university, or graduate school in the United States 

    • You agree to the scholarship terms and conditions 

    • Submit the necessary application materials 

    • You have lived through a traumatic car accident and can document your experience 

     

    Advocate for Justice Award Scholarship 

    • Description: Cheney Galluzzi & Howard, LLC is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity to support the advancement of post-secondary education. At CGH, we fight for a more just world, inside and outside the courtroom. Part of that starts with helping young people secure an education. This year we will be awarding a $5,000 scholarship to a current college or trade school student, or high school senior accepted into and soon to enter a college or trade school. 

    Qualifications:  

    • You must be a U.S. citizen 

    • You must currently be enrolled or have secured a spot at an institution for post-secondary education (be it college, university, or trade school) 

    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is essential 

     

    Pat Tillman Foundation Tillman Scholars

    • Description:  The Pat Tillman Foundation identifies remarkable military service members, veterans and spouses, empowering them with academic scholarships, lifelong leadership development opportunities and a diverse, global community of high-performing mentors and peers. Our scholars are making an impact as they lead through action in the fields of healthcare, business, public service, STEM, education and the humanities. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Veteran and active-duty military service members from all branches of the US. Armed Forces including the National Guard who have served in both pre- and post- 9/11 eras. 

    • Current Spouses of veteran or active service members, including surviving spouses 

    • Must be a full-time student 

    • Must be attending a public or private, U.S.-based, accredited institution for the upcoming fall/spring academic year 

    • Must be pursuing an undergraduate (Bachelor's or above), graduate, or professional degree 

     

    Morgan Levine Dolan Community Service Scholarship 

    • Description: As a personal injury law firm in New York, Morgan Levine Dolan believes it is important for the next generation to be able to achieve the highest levels of education possible. To help students pursue this level of achievement, they would like to financially assist those who wish to attend college. The Morgan Levine Dolan Community Service Scholarship seeks to help applicants who are team players and have experience playing sports in high school or volunteering for community services in their local communities. 

    Qualifications:  

    • High school, undergraduate, or graduate students in New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, or Pennsylvania. 

     

    Joanne Pransky Celebration of Women in Robotics

    • Deadline: February 29, 2024 

    • Description: As 'The World's First Robot Psychiatrist,' modeled after Isaac Asimov's Susan Calvin from the iRobot stories, Joanne brought the social side of robots to the forefront, long before robots were common. Joanne served as a mentor and inspiration for many young women and girls who are often discouraged or pushed away from STEM fields such as robotics. This scholarship aims to honor the impact of Joanne Pransky by supporting women in robotics throughout their education. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Any female-identifying high school or two or four-year undergraduate student who is interested in working in robotics. 

     

    Cat Zingano Overcoming Loss Scholarship

    • Deadline: July 20, 2024 

    • Description: Many tragedies have caused Cat to focus on what matters most in her life: raising her son. Whether in an MMA bout or facing daily challenges, she fights through to show him that one can't let hardship conquer their life and that a new normal can be obtained after tragedy. Cat is an inspiration to many for the fight she displays in all aspects of her life. The Cat Zingano Overcoming Loss Scholarship will be awarded to a student who is fighting through their own loss of a close family member, legal guardian or loved one, and in need of financial support for their education as they move forward. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Any student who is fighting through their own loss of a close family member, legal guardian or loved one, and is in need of financial support for their education. 

     

    2023 DeviceLab Scholarship 

    • Deadline: November 30, 2023 

    • Description:  DeviceLab is eager to sponsor the coming generation of talent in the field of medical device engineering by offering a $1,000 scholarship to an engineering or biomedical engineering student who exhibits outstanding promise and dedication. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Applicants must be United States residents. 

    • Applicants must currently attend an accredited college or university in the United States. 

    • Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply. 

    • Applicants must be majoring in engineering or biomedical engineering. 

     

    Trombley & Hanes Scholarship

    • Deadline: August 31, 2024 

    • Description: Trombley & Hanes will be awarding a $500 scholarship. This is to be used exclusively for tuition or other related expenses. This scholarship application requires that students write an essay on a topic of their choice, related to an area of law that interests them. Essays should be between one and three pages in length. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Student pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law studies, or a student entering law school in the Fall 2024 semester. 

    • Students must be accepted into a program at any U.S. school for Fall 2024. 

    • Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above. 

     

    Jungle Scholar Program 

    Deadline: December 31, 2023 

    • Description: Giving back to the community is an important part of our mission here at Jungle Scout. We live and breathe our passion for entrepreneurship and ecommerce every day, and we want to inspire future leaders to do the same. Jungle Scout is excited to offer scholarships to students in the U.S. and Canada who are pursuing education in business, entrepreneurship, computer science, or related fields. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Applicants must be enrolled in or preparing to study at an accredited university in the U.S. or Canada. 

    • The student should be pursuing a degree in business, entrepreneurship, computer science, or a related field. 

    • Applicants must submit a three-minute pitch of SaaS or ecommerce related business idea. 

     

    Western Reserve Herb Society Plant Science Scholarship

    • Description: Western Reserve Herb Society is a long-standing community non-profit organization with an interest in growing and using herbs. We gain herbal knowledge through our educational meetings as well as hands on work in our herb garden located at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Our mission is to share this herbal knowledge with the community. 

    Qualifications:  

    • Applicant must have completed the second/sophomore year of undergraduate study and be enrolled in a bachelor's degree. 

    • Applicants must be attending an accredited college or university 

    • Must have achieved a GPA of 3.2 or above
