Learn How to Maximize Your Well-Being In Your Social World
This is one of the most popular elective classes on campus. You will explore how people experience well-being and how it is affected by social context. Topics include goals, habits, self-control, gratitude, altruism, social media, employment, money, health, and finding life purpose.
You’ll both learn about your theories of well-being and apply them to your own life.
Students gain rich insight into the interplay between personal and social determinants of well-being.
Taught by Bradley Wright, Department of Sociology.
