The UConn Police Department's Community Outreach Unit is hosting a Responding to an Active Threat training presentation. The learning objectives for this program include: understanding our enivornments, prevention and reporting options, understanding the UConn emergency alert system, developing a survival mindset, and discussing survival tactics and strategies. This training is open to all faculty, staff, students, and community members. The program information is as follows:
