  • 10/26 S.H.A.P.E Meeting today

    Students Helping Achieve Positive Esteem (S.H.A.P.E) is a peer educator group through UConn Student Health and Wellness that strives to promote accepting attitudes towards all body shapes and sizes while helping to encourage self-esteem and positive body image. It also fosters awareness about disordered eating and eating disorders, the warning signs, and the resources available for support on campus. Meetings include peer discussions on topics relevant to body image, organizing campus-wide events to raise awareness about disordered eating, and facilitating presentations with Greek life and other student body organizations.  

     

    Location: Cordial Storrs House

    When: Every Thursday, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
