- Sweet Potato and black bean — $2.00ea
Week 2 Empanadas (week of 9/11)
- Carnita with a Creamy Chimichurri Sauce -- $3.00
- Brownie -- $2.00
- Sweet Potato and black bean -- $2.00
Stopping by the USM for late night activities? Check out the late night menu at the USM from 6-11pm on Fridays and Saturdays! This semester, we have a new late night menu item...Dirty Tots!
The rotating menu of flavors include:
Week 1 Dirty Tots (serving 9/8 & 9/9):
- Chicken Bacon Ranch - Tots with fried chicken, bacon crumbles, cheddar jack cheese and a ranch dressing drizzle with a parsley garnish.
- Pesto Tomato - Tots with basil pesto, goasted grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and a balsamic glaze drizzle
Week 2 Dirty Tots
- Southern Style - Tots with pork carnitas, cheddar jack cheese and a honey BBQ drizzle and scallion garnish.
- Southwest - Tots with roasted corn, guacamole, cotija cheese and a queso drizzle.
Don't forget all the usual late night menu favs: fried boneless wings, cheesy pull-apart bread, and mozzarella sticks.
