  • 'You Have a Package' Email is Not Working

    The automatic email that is supposed to be sent when a package is logged in for you at your mailroom is not functioning properly at this time.  We are working on it and hope to have it fixed soon.

    When you get a package, you will still get a package notice in your mailbox, and you will still be able to claim your package with your package notice and your ID, but you will have to check your mailbox with your key or your combination in order to see if your package slip is available and your package has been processed at the mailroom. 

    If you are expecting something, please check your mailbox to see if your package notice is in your mailbox.

    When having items mailed to your Uconn address, please use this format:

    Your full name

    Room & Building name

    Storrs, CT 06269

     

    You do NOT need to include ‘Uconn’ or ‘University of Connecticut’ in your address.

    If you change rooms, your new address will be your new room and building.
