How to 3D Print a Brain
This workshop will be held by Martina Villa
Description: In the workshop we are going to use the FreeSurfer-reconstructed brain surface to create a 3D printable object using Meshlab.
Prerequisites:
- have FreeSurfer and Meshlab installed on your personal computer
- Run the Freesurfer recon-all command on the T1 image at least 24hrs prior to the workshop
