  • Consulting Opportunity: Junior Consulting Program

The Junior Consulting Program, created by the UConn Consulting Group, is a 4-5 week program designed to provide undergraduate students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the consulting industry. The program includes preparation for both consulting case and fit interviews, as well as an overview of professional etiquette. Additionally, the program aims to create a network of like-minded individuals who can offer support and guidance to one another as they navigate the consulting world.

The Junior Consulting Program has a particular focus on decreasing the barriers to entry for underrepresented groups in consulting, though all students are eligible to participate. Leveraging the resources, members, and alumni network of the UConn Consulting Group, the program aims to provide students with a comprehensive and supportive experience that will prepare them for success in their consulting careers. By participating in the Junior Consulting Program, students will gain valuable skills, expand their professional networks, and increase their confidence in pursuing their consulting goals.
