  • 3/23 Living in Post-Roe: Reproductive Rights Speaker

    Join NEAG Secondary English Ed interns and E.O. Smith High School's Deliberation & Discourse Project for a public speaker event on reproductive rights! UConn speakers, Dr. Barbara Gurr and Ms. Phoebe Ploof, will be joining to discuss the politics of, access to, and issues surrounding reproductive rights.

    Dr. Gurr is an associate professor at the University of Connecticut, teaching courses on issues such as gender representation, feminism research, the politics of reproduction, and violence against women. Phoebe Ploof is a graduate student at UCONN studying Political Science and teaching in the Woman, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program.
