2-3 improvised/Interpretive/Modern Dancers Needed for a performance with the University of Connecticut Wind Ensemble. A large brass ensemble will be playing Bjork's Overture to Dancer in the Dark in a concert that emphasizes the experiences of those that come from immigrant families.
Students will be asked to attend 3 thirty-minute rehearsals (Monday April 5, Wednesday April 10, Wednesday April 12) in von der Mehden Recital Hall prior to the concert. Rehearsals occur from 2:30PM-4:30PM, and the thirty minute block can happen any time during that rehearsal time.
