Embase is a biomedical and pharmaceutical database containing bibliographic records that UConn recently acquired. There is coverage overlap with PubMed, but Embase also contains many unique records. This workshop will show you how to effectively conduct a literature search and save your work, including:
- Using quick search
- Limiting by author, journal, publication, etc.
- Conducting searches using Emtree subject headings
- Using subheadings for drug and disease topics
