Maintain fitness with minimal exercise
Researchers are looking for volunteers for a study of how minimal training (one exercise session per week) can maintain fitness levels compared to no training for 12 weeks. Healthy men and women ages 18-45 years old may be eligible to participate. Some eligibility restrictions related to safety apply.
