  • Stamford Mind Body Wellness Workshop Series

    Want to learn techniques that will benefit you a lifetime?

    Join free workshops this spring to learn mind-body wellness from experts!

    What's offered?

    • Wing Tsun Kung Fu (what Bruce Lee does) to strengthen your body
    • Tai Chi to get in touch with the energy in your body
    • Dance movement techniques to release stress and tension
    • Mindfulness meditation to keep a calm mind and sharpen attention skills, and cope with acculturative and race-based stress

    15 students will be selected to meet every other week for 1.5 hours on campus to learn, have fun, and connect with friends!

    Participants who complete 5 sessions will receive a $10 gift card and participants who complete all sessions will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card.
