What's offered?
- Wing Tsun Kung Fu (what Bruce Lee does) to strengthen your body
- Tai Chi to get in touch with the energy in your body
- Dance movement techniques to release stress and tension
- Mindfulness meditation to keep a calm mind and sharpen attention skills, and cope with acculturative and race-based stress
15 students will be selected to meet every other week for 1.5 hours on campus to learn, have fun, and connect with friends!
Participants who complete 5 sessions will receive a $10 gift card and participants who complete all sessions will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card.
