  • 11/10 Destress with Mindfulness

    Are you feeling overwhelmed with the business of the fall semester and all you have to do? Come take a moment to learn about how to destress and center your mind with mindfulness meditation. Nishelli Ahmed of Student Health and Wellness will lead a one hour workshop for interested students, faculty, or staff. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary.  Apple cider, cucumber water, and small snacks will also be offered. This event is sponsored by the UConn Library.
